I've had pretty good success with them, although I would not take the reading as gospel. But I also have the uncanny knack of being able to smell or taste even slight traces of ammonia in the water. I know ... I'm weird. :rolleyes:

Than come smell my QT...have one clown fish in 30 gal. QT...prob ably overdid the cyclops...have .25-.50 ammonia...used Ammo lock...he's been in Cp for 5 days...one spot near his mouth...is this a safe thing...?

Did you mix any other meds with the copper? This can cause a bacterial bloom (cloudy water) like you are describing.
