They are structure in sections and those sections have subsections. In this case this is a subsection. It has a requirements section. So for this to apply, it has to meet the requirements. This is a “sentencing enhancement” - ie it’s tacked on another crime, and makes the penalty of the original crime more severe.

The first requirement is that it must meet section A or section B. Section A further has sub rules for it to apply

This is a very specific subsection / enhancement and is only applicable in certain situation of fraud or some other crimes.

This all seems systemic and logical. But really not how my brain works.

I mean, he's a shelter cat that bit my wife when we first saw him, so she just HAD to have him. I can't remember exactly how we got to the Lord Muckles thing, but his shelter name was "lucky". When we adopted him, we got up to the counter credit card in hand expecting to pay an adoption fee, but the shelter said nope! Apparently, he was their longest running resident (like years), no one wanted him because he bit and scratched everyone lol! They said they fully expected him to live his days at the shelter, and ended up giving him to us for free. We've had him since 2019, and he is JUST starting to figure out who gives him food and a warm house everyday :)

EDIT: With his background and habits of biting, I think Lucky is a very fitting name for this cat. He's very "lucky" that my wife has a big, big heart for animals lol!

I'm going to ask that you please reconsider the way you're collecting and using personal info. While I understand why it's helpful to your business, clearly there are many of us that don't appreciate it. But I wish you luck, I sincerely do :-)

My dad doesn't want coral. He doesn't have a tank. There should be no reason because I accessed the internet through his wifi that he gets an email from a vendor I happened to check out for 30 seconds while on my personal laptop.

AFAIK there is the 10DLC laws which were pushed to prevent PHONE marketing solicitation. A company can not call or text you with marketing offers unless you opt in. Huge fines if they do.

How do they fine a bot that is randomly generating new numbers to show what number the call is coming from and they just randomly call numbers. I get calls daily that I've never opted in to. I get so many know longer answer my phone unless it's a person in my contacts. The laws are totally useless IMO

They fine the owner of the bot If they can identify the person or company responsible. You can report these numbers somewhere and have them looked into.
