Question for everyone

I have a question for and need everyones input.....I a person wanted to build a LED fixture that was full spectrume which LED diodes would you use ??? say the i already have royal blues and UV purples and cool whites what else would you add ???? would you add reds,blues,greens ???

For full spectrum I would use t5s :)
