Question for lighting spectist

My tank is 36x20x20 and it'll be mostly LPS and Softies may add some SPS later. need help with lighting for growth and color?
1. 2 or 3 kessil 160's or 2 360's
2. ATI 4 bulb Sunpower fixture
3. 2 bulb retro t5's and 1 reefbrite led xho

what do you think

1 or 2. Both of those will also grow many but the highest light SPS. not sure the reefbright has the spread for that tank size at the height the t5 will need.
btw many LPS and softies(zoa and GSP for example) are not low light corals.

2 - Euroquatics E5 Retrofit T5 LED Lamps Blue Pop - 24 Inch
1 - Aquablue Special
1 - Coral Plus
Fixture will be 10" above water
