Hard to see any problems altho you should move the inlet to other side of thr tank from the outlet so that you have water movent across the tank otherwise half the tank will be getting more filtered than the rest also try get the inlet pointing to the surface so it agitates the water surface you get gas exchange let's the bad out and good in the tank I bet your water will be clearer just by doing that

Any luck with bubbles
Yes! I rocked the canister back and forth and tightened the fittings and they seemed to have died down a bit. I noticed this this morning, any ideas?

So I tested the water today and my parameters are as follows:
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 5-10 ppm
Ammonia 0.25 ppm
Ph 7.9

ALSO we did a water change and checked the specific gravity because we were curious and our LFS RODI saltwater is 0.31 which I know is wayyy high. Checked the tanks water and it’s 0.28. When we did the water change we mixed freshwater RODI to dilute the saltwater and the tanks specific gravity is now 0.25.
AND we have a cyano outbreak. Oh the joys!

Be cafefull in future when you bring the salinity down do it slowly over few days that's a big jump from 0.28 to 0.25
