I reached in the bag and cowboyed it out. Nope took your advice and dumped out most bag water then let it swim out. It’s in a holding/treatment tank so anything bad not a big deal. Chance meds can get transferred to TSM holding tanks but they also clean systems so it would be trace amounts.

Here’s my dirty little secret. I suck at changing filter socks…I’m edging closer to getting a filter roller. the trigger platinum sumos on sale yeah! But if I do end up going larger don’t need undersized premium stuff to sell. Other issue just adding a filter roller same issue as above big enough fo4 next tank? And toss in real estate open in sump and trying to fit one in….buggered!
Holding off even tho it’s wicked hard and letting it roll as is for now. 50 gal wc tomorrow and since I stirred **** up pulling an metric but ton of Kenya and Xenia out ticking off the remaining zoos why not put pics of filthy beast up someday pics first with clean glass maybe……

photo credit Ithink has to go to new lighting. I put on 1 orange filter on iPad a took these in auto no adjustments.
Not to take away from Rich for sure I learned how to deal with less than ideal conditions.

Salutations saltaholics!
Since my dos has been sitting around unused for 6 months
thought it time to get it online.
Happy with it so far as it still dials in. One surprise was how much Alk I’m consuming. I thought dos needed was around 13ml Red Sea but it’s up around 25 ml so far…. Apex is pretty cool and helping me be lazier with better results

Hey there friends and neighbors. I am ivory soap sure (99.44%) that its the end of the road for the 75 gallon adventure.
It’s a bummer with the tank mature and in its best condition and now set up so even with my disability can manage it’s upkeep.
New life to choose tho and either choice moving staying put and doing partial remodel or bigger Reno make keeping it difficult. ( maybe life will find a way)
A tank will be part of the future now that I have it kinda figured out tho.
A heartfelt thanks to those who shared in my journey. I hope my mistakes helped a few avoid issues on their journey
To my Misfit friends love ya all. Your positive effects may not be apparent but believe me you guys saved me in so many ways.

May have a plan to keep stuff live while work gets done. Still a lot if ”ifs” but would love To keep rocks “live” and fish happy till works done. Loosing 3+ years of balance and seasoning be a tough one. In the mean time knowing it may be someone else’s to keep alive has me Appreciating the little slice of ocean more
