Raffle Poll- Response Requested Please

We have lots of raffles planned with some awesome items available for next Month’s Winter Charity Event on December 14th, AND,

We are working to finalize the details on a couple of the larger raffles planned to lead up to next month’s Winter Charity Event. We need to gauge the interest for these before committing to the financial commitment. Items we are considering are not donated by sponsors for free and will involve some costs to club to acquire.

This poll will run for one week, and next Wednesday, November 27th we will review your response, and decide on which objective or objectives to move forward with.

As a reminder, this is a Charity Raffle, with ALL proceeds going towards Performance Initiatives of Savannah, Georgia.

Funds raised will be used exclusively to help send school age kid athletes from the inner-city neighborhoods to a winter camp over coming December holidays. Last year we raised enough funds to send (6) six kids and counselors, and another group who heard about our club’s efforts joined in and matched our funds and allowing an additional 6 kids.

We would like to extend our support to this fine non-profit group again this year and with your support, double the funds raised from last year.

Again, this is a Charity Fund Raiser and ALL funds will be going towards assisting Performance Initiatives. Please visit their web page at https://pifitness.org/ for more information.

Now on to the good stuff!

Item #1- Coastal Georgia Reef Club, in coordination with sponsors Coral Ridge and Waterbox Aquariums, will be raffling off a brand new:

Waterbox Marine 45.2 +Plus HD Reef Aquarium

Unit will need to be picked up in local Savannah or arrangements made for shipping (with charges) to winner's destination.

For this item we will be limiting the number of tickets to 25 entries at $50.00 per ticket for CGRC members. No per person ticket purchase limit.

For non-CGRC members, the cost would be $75.00 for the first ticket, and $50.00 for any additional tickets, no per person ticket purchase limit. For these new members, the initial ticket cost includes 2019-2020 membership, which includes access to either of these raffles, entry with one guest into the Winter Event on December 14th, and access to our web forum page where you can post (we host for pictures locally) will be included.

Item #2- Coastal Georgia Reef Club, in coordination with sponsors Coral Ridge and Neptune Systems, will be raffling off an ApeXL Controller System!

Unit will need to be picked up in local Savannah or arrangements made for shipping (with charges) to winner's destination.

For this item we will be limiting the number of tickets to 25 entries at $20.00 per ticket for CGRC members.

For these new members, the initial ticket cost includes 2019-2020 membership, which includes access to either of these raffles, entry with one guest into the Winter Event on December 14th, and access to our web forum page where you can post (we host for pictures locally) will be included.

NOTE: For those non-members desiring to enter both raffles, only one club membership dues fee would be paid on initial ticket.
