Raidon XR15 PRO not connecting to pc

Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone has an issue with the Raidon XR15Pro not connecting to PC.

Have tried to do factory settings but can't click on the icon in taskbar as it disappears. Running Windows ten.

Have talked to echotech wait them still to get back to me they take ages. Also my buttons on the lights are orange and have 2 red LEDs on all the time.

I've had no problems programming mine on my PC. My buttons have a blue color all the time.
