Red/orange Roots

I have this red root like algea i guess growing on my glass. I have tryed googleing it and nothing ive seen looks like this HELP PLS?!

Noo not it looks like plant roots have you ever seen war of the worlds? It looks like the red roots . Lol its just on the glass.

Maybe ita just beem growing for about a week it started as a speck. There is none throughout my tank just glass

Hydroids (Staurocladia oahuensis): Reef Safe with Caution
These tiny hydroids are typically found on aquarium glass. Their population tends to wax and wane with tank nutrient levels. Although they do have some stinging potential, they do not appear to bother anything significantly.


Found this on the old inter webs... Maybe??

Oooh no no i know what those are im talkong about those red roots they are growing over top the hydroids and some are growing nowhere near them.

It could be little forams, like Homotrema rubrum.
