I’m wanting to know what I can do with my overflow box it’s starting to leak.
Cut it out replace them? Is there a sealant that could hold it? I know they dnt make the parts anymore for this gen.

Could you not simply replace the bulkheads?

is it a hold in plastic/glass? Any bulkhead would do of the right size.

You could try cleaning them, that might fix it.

Or the bucket method catching any drips.

Sounds like time to upgrade, and avoid proprietary red seas gear.

Red Sea has special made bulkheads (threaded differently)

Proprietary parts need to be banned in everything, such a pain.

I would start by draining the overflow box, removing the bulkheads, cleaning the seals and lube with dielectric silicone grease and trying to re-install them before going down the rabbithole of trying to find replacements.

So if it’s just a hole in glass, any correctly sized bulkhead will fit, you’ll just need to adapt it to the plumbing you already have or redo.

I think the only way to stay away from that type of plumbing is going custom or diy. Or at least water box and Red Sea use type TMK. I had a little burr on a flange of my WB plumbing when I set it up that caused a very slow drip. I had to take a photo and zoom into even see it but it was enough to cause a leak.
