I have red sea lighting currently and for me when I run them at 15 K kelvin setting they still have a bit of blue hint which I get is the blended lens design which the reefspec spectrum and you can't really change that

Do Radion xr15 run a whiter light and give corals more pop rather than being a bit washed out or dull

Plenty of options besides those two to choose from. I've never used RS lights but can't you manually adjust the sliders to get closer to the color you like? I have to admit I've never really payed attention to what Kelvin they are set at but set them to be pleasing to me then adjust the intensity to get the par I need for corals.

Not quite. This is somewhat true.. It may have been that in the past but now they made it 'simpler' and just a slider for blended light and intensity so not a lot of customization
