We are under a freeze warning and expecting snow overnight. Apparently winter decided to show up 5 months late! But, it's a good thing...we need the water! Just gotta wrap my sprinkler control valves with a towel and garbage bag tonight so they don't get damaged!

Oh, you know me. The stresses of the tech world have been getting to me. I had to start a construction business hobby to unwind a bit. Been in classes all week, the required business law stuff. So much fun. I turned in my license application today though! Got all my insurance, banking, workmens comp coverage waiver, and LLC certificate of organization ducks all in a row. Between that and the last 2 weeks of actual work it has been a hectic month!

right now, it is hvac. but it will within the year also be general contracting. Pretty much anything you could need a building permit for(and anything you don't) that isn't plumbing or electrical. Mostly small stuff though, or stuff i would sub out. i don't want to have to manage employees and am only going to do it on the side.

Too bad your on the otherside of the country. I'll be hopefully starting an electrical side gig soon. Could have had all but one of our bases covered lol
