I have ordered many times from here but my recent order has been horrible.

first it didn't make shipment which I was fine with told them I would wait until following week.

this week comes and I get tracking number and it shows it left Florida yesterday. which I understand it not there fault but when I ask about it. Their answer wS your package never left and we refunded your money...

I don't want a refund I need the reef cleaners in my tank. yet to have an answer. Does anyone know of a similar service around. I hate to ask but at this point why not?

That's a challenge, I've had nothing but good experiences with @reefcleaners, especially the owner John. He is always super responsive and almost always messages (almost instantly). I once put together an order using 7-8 different combined orders over a week (I can't even describe it without getting confused) John reconfirmed everything for me and I got everything I ordered. Over the past year, I've ordered from reefcleaners 8 times with shipping to WA with no issues.

I know you're not trying to post a negative review, but we're living in some strange time where stuff is getting missed everywhere. I think you hit a 2020 anomaly ;)

John (reefcleaners) will make it right, hope you get your CuC!

I have no doubt it will be made right. I'm just a bit confused why the instant refund, rather then just asking if I was ok with another shipment. I don't even mind paying for shipping. I even mentioned I refuse to go else where because of the service of the past.

the shipping issue is not his mistake I understand that as well. Was just the instant refund and forget about it is how I felt.

The only problem I've ever experienced with @reefcleaners 8s those super tiny snails that I get in my pack are usually only half of them are actually alive. Any time I order a pack I always add extras of the tiny snails and even in those half are just empty shells. But I still wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

My order shipped Monday and I received it on Wednesday. All inhabitants thriving and healthy in my tank now.

Exactly the kind of service I expect from @reefcleaners. @snoopie let us know how things turn out. Your thread reminded me I needed to put an order in . Did just that this morning. Update when I get the crew

All my interactions with reefcleaners have been great, especially the customer service from John. He's been super responsive whenever I've emailed him and they have good CUC packages and prices. They really seem to care about their business and want to be sure you're happy with your orders, at least that's been my experience.

I ordered a cleaner pack for my 220 back in January and at least 3/4 of the shipment died (hated to lose that much money, too) Contacted and was going to pay to have replenishment to make up for the lost ones and it never was shipped. When I asked if it had shipped, a refund was offered, so I finally answered and took the refund. I’m trying to piece together what I can locally, bit by bit now. I hate that there was never an offer to make the original order right. I suspected something may have been in the water to kill the cleanup crew like that, but nope, everything checked out good and the ones I’m slowly adding are doing just fine. Oh well...

I have a shipment that went out on Wednesday and was supposed to arrive, here in Chicago, today. It’s still “in transit, arriving late” with USPS. No delivery estimate given. What are the chances it will arrive alive at this point? Tomorrow is unlikely for delivery. Monday would probably be the earliest it would arrive.
