Reef Factory connection problems

Hi,
I recently had a new router fitted and now my dosing pump equipment will not connect to the new network. I wouldn't mind but it is full fibre Bt Broadbroad. I have been in touch with reef factory and they have said I have to put my old name and password in from the old router. I have not got the equipment for this anymore as they wanted it back. so I cannot use this anymore. Why is it so difficult to connect again. I have restarted the dosing pump to factory setting and its still not connecting. I have also gone through the configuration process and when I come to the end it says device is offline. There is nothing wrong with our wi-fi it works ok. Its set at 2.4gz. I have got other equipment from different brands and that has all connected. Can any help as I can not use equipment without having the wifi connection.

I had the same issue. all my other kit would connect to the wifi, no problem, but my reef factory would keep cutting out. in the end i had to buy a wifi access point and put it near the tank and has worked ever since. seems reef factory wifi needs a really strong signal!
