I have an older style Reef Octopus NWB110 Skimmer with a great working pump. $75 Shipped
I recently moved and lost the output flow controlling pipe, but one can probably be DIYed pretty easily. It originally had one of the pipes with the 45 degree angle cut on the bottom you twist to control the output, but a valve may can be used or a new pipe cut to control the water level in the pump.
