Camera was manually white balanced on a white sheet of paper under blue leds only.

It looks like your custom white balance is not accurately set. When properly set, you should see natural colors throughout and that yellow coloration is not natural.

it was eval white balance on a point and shoot, used a white piece of paper for the white. it is not at all realist to what things looked like or natural at all. I was mainly just playing around.
