I am looking at Tropic Eden Meso Flakes and Reef Flakes. I was going to buy 2 bags of each and mix them up. I like the mesoflakes size but I don't want it blowing around and there are several forum members who have suggested mixing them.

Nice. Can't wait to see your progress.

I pre ordered the 750XXL aswell and my Red Sea dealer told me I should be able to pick it up around the second weekend in June. How does that coincide with everyone else who ordered is hearing? I'm getting anxious lol!

Thanks everyone, I have ordered the 750 XXL and was wondering if anyone had heard if the June 19th ship date was still a go.
Red Sea: I was wondering how does the shipper get it from the truck to the house? The tank alone weighs about 538 lbs not including the stand and packaging.

They typically show up on a wooden pallet, pallet jack to your front door or into your garage and it's up to you from that point out...

My tank will be located in the formal living room which is right after entering the house. I'm asking my LFS to bring it in the house for me. I hope they do.

I also emailed Red Sea today asking them if they can publish the manual now.

Drs Foster and Smith has a great sale today on JBJ Chillers. 1/4 HP is $619.

Does anything think I'll have any space issues with 750 XXL? Manufacturers specifies that the front and rear of the chiller have at least 1 foot of clearance for airflow. 1/4 HP size is 9-3/4" x 16-1/2" x 20-7/8".

I have a XXL 750 on preorder (before the regular preorder) and put down a 1600$ deposit! Heard from Red Sea on a phone call about 2 weeks ago they would be in by end of June. Unless some heard other wise? Reached out by email to my shop today that I placed the order with see what they say!

Think you will have plenty of room if u decided to install that chiller inside the cabinet! After the sump" should" have about 30" left over! Awesome price by the way, I would pick that up for 619$
