So after tearing down my starter 55G tank two years ago...... This bad boy has surfaced from the depths!! :)

I made the commitment to take my time a design a setup that I could not only expand but go larger with all of the pumps, sump, lights, and peripherals if I ever decided to!! I'm not going to lie it wasn't cheap for the equipment but the upfront cost is nothing compared to constantly purchasing new equipment if I decided to go larger. My setup is rated for up to 300G if I ever wanted to go that large!! I hope you all enjoy. I will be dropping water in it this weekend and beginning to cycle the tank. IMG_0168.JPG
My 125G I built the stand custom and stained it....

These pictures are the backboard which will hold most of my Neptune system... I drilled and planned accordingly before I sprayed it black for the final install...

I see you went with some CaribSea Life Rocks Branches.... I used the same and I am not impressed as the "dormant" bacteria that they claim is on there doesn't exist. It's pretty much painted dry rock...

Anyway, your tank looks awesome! Can't wait to see more

Started to program my APEX system..... what a beast... this will take some time. I did get the chance to install the new wireless router underneath my tank. I chose to go with a simple linksys that simply plugged into my EB8. Its powered to always be on and has one single Ethernet cable that runs directly into my APEX. The linksys unit is a bridge so it simply detects the WiFi from my main router and amplify s it. Simple as can be.

You did a really nice clean job with the apex and all the other electronics, but, there is going to be a heck of a lot of humidity inside the stand, as well as salt spray, which will eventually damage all that expensive stuff. I'd consider putting it all inside a separate cabinet.
