For what its worth im NOT a fish medic and learn everyday. But its hard to make out but I see the black in the gills and the redness i think is on the fins. That could be bacterial infection with high nitrates and state of tank. So there could be two things happening.

And alas there is not a cure all IF this is black ich in the gills Praziquantel or hypo would cure that.
The other is bacterial which I think rally pro could potential fix it. again not a medic I just like to help where I can

Rally pro is reef safe broad spectrum antibiotic I believe and can be dosed in display tank
Prazipro is most available and needs aeration and I would suggest doing it in another tank.

Honestly I would suggest medicating in another tank even if it is reef safe.

But those spots in the gills do look rather larger from typical black ich pictures imo

Yes however there are tiny spots on her that almost look like a blanket of them. You cant see them. So should I order rally pro and prazi pro? Can i mix it with ruby?

Hypo is short for hyposalinty lowering the salinty over a few days to 1.009-1.0012 depending on the illness an it induces osmotic shock to the parasite

I would not mix the two at all.

No. She dosnt really show symptoms I dont think just really inactive and wont eat. I dont know what to do with her. This hobby is beggining to kill me

Rally pro is a mixture of chemicals - one of them is an old antibiotic - with probably minimal activity, the other ingredient is a relative and the last is formaldehyde. And - @Reef Wizard is correct - in any case (and is on the directions of the rally) - treating in a hospital tank is recommended

I don't know why vetteguy told you to use it - except that it's able to be used in a display with inverts. I would suggest that its probably never the first choice for treating anything - unless there is no other option

Well your choosing your method i would do a 20% water change two days in a row to lower nitrates well your figuring it out.

Don't use in display. I think this is more for flukes and worms. Also probably a temporary treatment for ich. Copper qt and fallow is the one of the true cures for ich in a tank to completely get rid of it. Disclaimer there are probably other ways but that's the most common and effective.

Kick ich is snake oil. Find out what you have first before treating everything.

It is safe for all coral and inverts. It is however not effective for Ich. Copper is pretty much the only sure treatment for Ich for fish. The tank has to go fallow to stop the Ich lifecycle.

The instructions for the product do not recommend putting in a display tank - but instead - a hospital tank. Thought it might be one of the safest - it may not be one of the most effective. I would not use it for a bacterial infection. It's probably not going to help uronema that is internal, etc. Agree with the fallow comment

I read the reviews of a half dozen people having bad experiences. Not saying it will happen but there is a chance. It's usually always better to treat in qt and use in tank if no other option. Seems to have side effects to sps.

The point is to know these things and make the call you feel is right for your tank. I would never use it in a display tank but I qt all fish and coral so maybe I'm paranoid...

You dont need kick-ich which rarely works and it treats bacterial, flukes, fin and tail rot, and flagellates
