There’s no problem with dosing reasonable amounts since it depletes fast. Some folks note effects and some do not. It is easy enough to dose and see if anything changes.

I recommend dosing sodium or potassium iodide if you choose to dose.

I don't mean to sound dumb, but what is ME? I tried searching for ME coral iodine and found nothing.

haha no worries. I don't know why but they aren't a very widespread company. Their stuff is reasonably priced though and I have seen good results with a few of them.
