Scoly Experts...need your help!

So, I am having issues keeping my scolys and I need advise...
It seems to be that they do really well for 8 months to a year and they just die. The skin just starts peeling off.
My levels currently are:
Alk 9
Cal 480
Nitrate 15
Phosphate .07
I recently had a small phosphate swing, do you find they are affected by that?

I need to know from people who have had them for years:
What parameters do they like? Phosphates, nitrates, calcium, alkalinity, lighting(what par)? I really what to keep them as they are my favorite and I really do not want to lose another one. Any help is appreciated!

Following. I've only tried a scoly once, but didn't have much luck. Seemed to thrive for about 6 months, then struggled for a long time before giving up the ghost.

I havent had mine for any amount of time but out od curiosity what did you feed them?

Not regularly to be honest...we forget.

I found weekly feedings are almost a must if you run low nutrients or don’t feed tank frozen or large food. I feed mine small lps pellets once per week and it eats them very fast.

I feed frozen every day + food on a doser. Well recommended.

Feeding is a must, once or twice a week minimum. I have also learned from Chris at ACI that they like slightly cooler temps75-77. I try and keep my tank at 77 and they look good

I’ve only had mine for a couple of months so don’t speak from experience, but when I was researching getting one, the two things that struck me were 1. Temp no higher than 77 and 2. Feed at least every few days.
