just got done making the frame for my screen, trying to make it sleek and not that noticeable looking straight on at the tank, but you can see it from top down

Even though they are helpful, it seems to always defeat the purpose of a rimless. That one is pretty clean looking though.

Looks clean! But is there a net on there or have you not put it on yet?

Also what did you make it out of? Acrylic?

I was thinking about putting a screen on my tank to increase air circulation and exchange, but doesn't it get to be a pain taking the entire screen off to feed the fish, clean the glass or get into the tank to do anything.

I have a 4' tank that has a cross brace so I have 2 24" glass tops with hinged fronts.

What I like about the glass tops that hinge I can just open up the side that I want to deal with, do what I need to do and then close it and not effect anything else.

It just seems to me that taking the whole screened top off anytime I want to do anything would get to be a pain.

Comment or suggestions please?

I'm putting this on the edge to make a lip to keep it on the aquarium.

And drilled the holes. They are 3/4" apart. Now I'm weaving fishing line lol

I like that idea just having it on at night or when needed. That's what I was thinking of doing
