I got a hold of a Red Sea 130 pretty cheap. Want to have a QT tank and be able to use it as a hospital tank as well. My DT is a mixed reef. I would like to leave the RS set up full time as its not too bad to look at . What are my options? I bought the media rack and Tunze 9001 for upgrades to it. Whats the best way to leave this setup full time?? What should I run on the media rack?? I was trying to avoid LR option as if I ever need it to be used as a HT the copper will do in the rock.

Thanks for any input.

All you really need are sponges or maybe a ceramic bio media and to ghost feed it a couple times a week to keep it live.....unless you have fish in it all the time of course. You can get some cupusorb or something similar to run in the basket when you want to remove any copper, but the bio element is the most important thing here.
