Adding a second canister filled with water connected to the C02 Scrubber's input provides humidified air which will make the CO2 scrubber more effective and last longer.

Thank you very much. You gave me the needed bump to go ahead and get this setup on mine. I don’t mind the cost of co2 scrubber media but being able to makes the bette solution for me than running an outside line.

Has anyone ever removed the assembly that holds the filter socks? Thinking of extending my refugium section since I don’t run filter socks anyway.

This is what I used after someone in this thread recommended it. Made mounting it to the stand really easy. Originally I was going to use velcro but I figured this would hold up better over time and I don't mind drilling holes in the stand. You can see it on the far right in this picture.

Any more pics on how you mounted it?

I removed the entire filter sock assembly from my 750 and replaced it with a clarisea sk-5000.

Any news on the status of updated sumps for the US? I am eyeing a 525 right now as my wife isn’t buying my sales pitch of the extra depth on the 625.

My new/used 425xl. 4 more weeks and I can add some fish.
Corals are doing really well. My first tank with a sump. I'm liking it.

350 for sure. The extra sump space and the dry side of the cabinet are worth every penny. Even with the 350 it takes careful planning because of the limited sump space

I think that’s with any model! The bigger the more gadgets! It’s all relative, they all have limited space, every build has to be planned out well!

Per my research this is available only in UK and While I did find a seller on eBay, I didn’t buy because I couldn’t find a seller for the replacement rolls. Any one know a US distributor?
I'm in Texas. I ordered mine from h20aquatics (UK) and use theiling rollermat filter rolls.

How long does one roll last until you replace it? Also, is there noticable stink in your sump from the dirty roll?
no noticeable stink. The clarisea rolls would only last a month (fine mesh). The theiling roll seems to be lasting much longer. I snapped that pick today and the rolls been on there around 3-4 weeks. I'd guess the theiling roll will last around 2-3 months.

Bubble Magus has a similar product. Available in North America.
