caught him today and wasnt sure what he was, he looks like some anemone cleaner shrimp. All my fish seem to like him, they swim next to him and turn horizontal. I also have 2 mantis shrimps in here always causing trouble, will they try to kill my new shrimp?

Very pretty, but I think the mantis will eat him.
Ill put the rock hes in in a QT tank until he starts to wander to get him out then. I had 2 pederson shrimps that went missing and i was thinking the mantis shrimp was the one to get him

It looks like it's halfway between a harlequin shrimp and a sexy shrimp. No clue. Really cool looking. You have somewhere to put him where he'd be safe?

It is a Pederson's anemone shrimp. The mantis will eat him for sure. I would try to catch the new shrimp and take to to your LFS to get a little bit of credit versus it becoming an expensive snack :)
Unfortunately i dont have a LFS anywhere near me. I had pederson shrimp before this one and they didnt have the pinkish color on them like this one does, can it be a different kind?

Pederson's shrimp can come in a lot of different colors. Here is a link to some pics-
pederson's anemone shrimp
If you don't have a LFS near you I would put it in your sump (if you have one) or an acclimation box of some sort. You can also make a DIY acclimation box by getting a zip lock container and burning small holes in the sides. You can store it in there until you can possible get it to fish store.

That's awful. But they are predators after all. LFS may give you a couple bucks for it though.
