Small flat snail?

Found this while cleaning my tank. It was stuck to the glass below the sand. It's about the size of the nail on my pinky finger. It has a fairly flat shell and I had one heck of a time getting it off the glass. Anyone know what it is? I removed it to be on the safe side.

I have a million. Reproduce like hell I couldn't figure out where I got it as I never got any. But man they are in sump/overflow/everywhere
