Something white on hard coral

Hello guys, I really tried to google and youtube, and I cant find it.
what is the "white long hairs " growing from the hard coral, it was not there in the morning,
should I remove it from the coral?


I really appreciate all your help, this groups is very helpful .

Definitely don't remove it from the coral because thats part of the coral! Thats a Favia (also called a war coral) and those are called sweeper tentacles- special tentacles used at night (usually) to sting and hurt other corals so that the Favia can compete for space with other corals in the ocean. Make sure to not have any corals too close to that guy or it will give them a good sting. Looks like its healthy and happy though!
