The frag was white with blue polyps when I first bought it, but has colored up to light green with blue polyps. Does anyone have an id for this piece?

Assuming it’s a montipora, I’d call that one of those appleberry types
 
Sorry but most definitely not a spongodes. Zero similarities.
 
Probably appleberry but those Montis are way to close to one another, the encrusting ones grow fast and are super aggressive to other corals.
