There is also variation within LPS corals in terms of difficulty. For example I have had a much easier time having success with Euphyllia than Zoanthids (a complete bust) and a soft leather mushroom. I have a Frogspawn and hammer frag (Euphyllia) that have been through a tank transfer, a major rock addition and rearangement, 3 different LED light setups, fluctuation in salinity, being hit with too much flow and they still do pretty well for themselves.

Thank you for that video. I would not have realized those coral were in the same category as zoa just from looking at them. I have a lot to learn.

Yes those are some of the corals we have.

Advice I always give to new hobbyists is to keep this hobby fun, affordable to your own budget, and always ask questions.

There are a lot of things that can go wrong with a reef tank fast, so knowledge is definitely power.
You are freaking awesome thanks for the info way to dumb it down for me.
