Supplement dosing question...

This might be a dumb question but need some reassurance before I adjust my dosing of supplements.

A few months back I got my test result and advised me to dose iodine. It gave me an amount to dose and a recommended (calculated) weekly dose of 1.33ml, which I been dosing every week.

I just received new test results, and it advices me to do a corrective dose of 1.17ml for 1 day, and a recommended (calculated) weekly dose of 0.84ml.

I assume I increase my weekly dose to 2.17ml (1.33ml + 0.84ml) ???

I'm I correct here?

I took each test to have its own requirements. so you just do what the current test suggests. Think of what it told you NOT to add. Doesn’t mean you continue under old test suggestions. At least that’s how I understand it.

hi everyone thank s for posting this and answering this question. I got my 1st icp test and had a similar question . I also have an additional question . on the icp

corrective dosage of 6.65 ml of boron for 1 day.

does this mean . only for 1 day right. not daily ? thanks
