I am getting a couple strands of LEDs that have constant current drivers. Can I switch them to dimmable?

Yes without a problem ans long as you match the total forward voltage and desired current of the LEDs to the Drivers.

You will need to know what voltage and amperage the LEDs are designed to run at so you can select the appropriate and correct dimmable driver to drive them in place of whatever is driving them now.
