am very sorry for your wife goes. I too am starting down the road of being a walking medical experiment. My neck herniated disk in middle back shoulder pain that I think stems from by neck, And L5 almost fused. I forced myself to stop taking Tylenol , I get about 3 hours sleep then waked up entirely cramped two hours of stretching maybe another hour of sleep repeat then get up at 430 2 five. Still Do treadmill 3mph for 30 minutes have to keep legs strong. There was also a lot of Canadians working at the Towers. One called home to say good bye 😥
Forgot TAVR Surgery as well found that when I had an MRI after a stroke Lots of fun now

Football size nest under the block wall stones. Put on my bee suit and waded right in. So, followed by mr. propane torch as the tried to fly back to where the nest used to be. I highly recommend the bee suit for combat in this situation!

When I was young a crazy neighbour our age decided to hack one that size with a rake. We all jumped into a shallow dry creek bed and me Jesus. He was there trembling too. I remember like it was yesterday that kid jumping the creek followed by a ball of hornets like in the cartoons. That kid could run like the wind. Only thing that saved him from death

I always put a garbage can under the nest, then cut it and let it fall into the can, then cover it quick and spray hornet poison in it.

Of course I got stung a lot but I am not allergic to anything, so it just hurt a little. 😎

This morning on my beach walk I came across this poor creature. He didn't have any bites and looked in perfect shape. Except of course for that dead thing. 🥺

I removed the old duct. It was getting rusty because it is behind my reef tank.

I had a new duct made (Quack Quack) and installed it yesterday.
I first coated it with a very expensive rust preventing paint.

It seems that I need a new right shoulder. I think it got jealous because I have a new left shoulder and left knee.

The pain level now is getting bad especially when I am not moving it, trying to catch a fish with a net or waving at a pretty girl (who then basically spit at me)
This will be my, I think 38th surgery. I broke and tore everything, so I am full of hardware and when I go through the airport metal detecting machines the agents there put on sound deadening earmuffs because their machines are alarming so much.

The surgery doesn't bother me as I enjoy the sleep, but my wife is very handicapped so I am not sure how I will do this.
I will have one of our friends here to help for 2 days but for a few weeks I won't be able to drive or put her walker in the car.

She can't even take anything out of the refrigerator or oven without dropping it and she falls a few times a week and being her right leg doesn't move, I can't pick her up.

Gone are the days when I used to be able to throw her over my shoulder. I have to figure out how I am going to do this.
Now I am going for some shots to calm it down until I figure this all out. 🥺
Have you considered a home care nurse? Yes. they aren't inexpensive but well worth it .

Yes I have. I will see what happens. I also have a Daughter but I think she may just add to my work load. 🥺

dang! I stopped getting email updates when you or others posted on this thread.
Anway, have all your fish connected a dreaded disease or parasite invasion devistating your fish as surely must have happened by now 😉 😉

Yes, of course. They are all dead from White ich, black ich, urenema and velvet. Or it could be crushed velvet.

They are all gasping and doing the macarena. Not. 😆

Yes, I have considered this. I even wanted to hire this nurse to help me out for 6 or 7 months while I recuperate.
