Test results

I got an email stating my results are ready. When I login nothing is there. My barcode says it can't connect. Please help.

Ok your results are online.

You mention on your PM that you entered the barcode again, i think this is where you are going wrong. You do not need to enter the barcode again.

Login to the website as per normal, make sure you select English at the top right, go to the aquarium administration page and click the "Show" button next to your aquarium profile, on the next page where it says Evaluations for ICP-OES: select the most recent sample from the drop down and click "Show" again. Now you will see your results.

In that case then I would say you are on the wrong account, I've just checked and for some reason you have three registered accounts...
