As mentioned in another thread, I’d really like BRS to do their standard evaluation & dive into the AI Hydra 52 HD.

It’s their flagship model, doesn’t spread light the same way as the 26 HD, and is worth reviewing (with PAR mapping) as they’ve been around a relatively long time, you sell them, and they are relatively popular.

I’m just surprised you haven’t, yet. And I’d be very disappointed if you don’t end up doing this...

We have quite a bit on the to-do list as far as the BRStv investigates series goes, but I'll put your suggestion on the ideas list. I can definitely see how getting some idea of the Hydra's performance would be valuable when making a lighting decision. In the meantime, if you already own the lights, you might consider renting a par meter to map out your particular tank. This would give you a more exact map of the light intensity in various spots anyway :)
