Thats a 36"x20" footprint tank, Which limits to only the small dwarf angelfish, if any, and likely only one species, either one individual or a pair. Lots of people feel the dwarfs do better with at least 4ft. It's a pretty small tank to try to mix multiple dwarf angels, and way too small for any of the other genus long term.

Yes only angel dwarfs. Which ones you recommend?

I would stick to the pigmy angels, xiphypops. Caribbean cherub, either of the flame backs, fishers, and yellow tail, are the best contenders. But as stated it’s a small tank so I wouldn’t recommend trying to mix species.

What time of the year do juvenile Asfur angels usually become available?

The captive-raised Scribbled and small Maldives Regal angels look good that I received last week from LA - active, people-friendly and eating well.

That is a Regal Angelfish from the Red Sea or Indian Ocean. It can get to about 10 inches in the wild. Much smaller in captivity.
Mine from the Indian Ocean. Red Sea looks similar. Brighter fish with more yellow, and yellow chest.

Pacific Regal Angel. Less Yellow Grey/blue chest. Darker fish overall

It is not one of the easiest fish to keep in captivity. Bali Aquatics have captive bred Regal Angel for sale. There is a Regal Angel thread that you may want to read.
Regal Angel is one of the better large Angel in a reef. Need to be keep well fed. I think mine are reef safe. I love them so much that I tend to over look their coral pecking here and there. I can say that my Regal Angel pair have not kill any of my corals or clams.

I've had three Regals, two were Red Sea/IO and one was Indo Pacific.
All three took right about a year to adapt to captivity to where they would recognize food as food and go for it.
All three right about the 3 year mark, decided Zoanthids were a delicacy to devour. Apparently the more expensive, the better the flavor.
I feel that dither fish that can "teach" Regals to eat food in the aquarium are very helpful. I used a Doliatus rabbitfish and a Black Cap basslet in my systems. They both ate well and werent aggressive towards the Regal.

One of my Regals just started eating a toad stool coral. It’s funny how for two years the angel ignored it and now suddenly developed a taste for this soft coral.

It’s decently reef safe, like others said they CAN develop a taste for zoas/lps.
From my experience it’s a relatively easy fish as long as you get a smaller specimen that hasn’t taken to much abuse in the distribution chain.

here’s an older picture of my guys, I believe that it’s from the Maldives ..it’s kind of a bully to be honest

Update.
I now have the blue face -President Nibbles
The Majestic -Maggie
And Cleopatra the emperor
The Harlequin tusk I added diffused aggressive behavior in the blue face somehow. Maggie still gets chased but she's not hiding anymore.
The next thing I'm curious about why does my blue face keep showing the emperor his tail?

One Showing dominance Hopefully the submissive one will clamp it’s fins and not challenge the other.

Yes the submissive emperor is now getting chased and harassed. I'm Bringing back out the mirror and rearranging rocks.
Poor Lil girl.
If the blue face isn't calmer tomorrow I might divide the tank
