Thanks, my rics just multiply on there own. I have also experimented a bit and propogated my pinks. Propogation is very easy. I find one that is on a nice flat piece of rock and take a scalpal and cut it into 4 pieces, trying to get a piece of mouth(not necessary). Then i take a pair sharp plyers and cut the rock along the cuts in the ric. I like this method because it is a pain to try and attach a loose ric to a rock. If you can't do this, just place the pieces in a box with some small pieces of rock rubble in a very low flow area. It could take weeks for them to attach. If you are planning on fragging an expensive pink ric, please make sure it has been in your tank a long time. All the rics you see in my tank, i have had for at least a year and in some cases over 2 years. Hope this helps
Thanks, this weekend i am re doing my tank. I dont like the look it has right now. I will only be keeping my most wanted pieces. Which is going to be very hard to do.
Well i took out about everything and tried to re do my tank. I lost a couple of fish but corals are doing great. It took me about 6 hrs to take everything out and put in bins and back again. I dont know if it looks better or worse. Also as a result i will have a few frags of zoas and palys available. Let meknow what you think. Be kind if you think it looks worse.
