Here's a fun thing in the life of me, technician came to do seasonal maintenance on the furnace and found a cracked heat exchange. No detectible CO so we can still run it for now. But needs to get fixed. Getting bids for both heta exchange replacement and new furnace. We want to kick the fuel oil, so it might be furnace replacement.

In other news, found this guy in the dregs of my tbs order from September maybe.
I probably need a tank separate from the hawkfish to keep it. That's is it?

Same thing happened to me a few years back. So I refi'd the house and used the $ to pay for the furnace. Rates were better then though.

Maybe. I posted on a tbs sponsored thread too. Couldn't find the critter I'd specific one though.

Refi would probably hurt us. 2.5% is hard to beat. We'll probably push the replacement car purchase out further.

Yup. But the Mrs doesn't let the fish tanks touch the "future big purchases" money. Sure so smart.

And both our cars are under 100k miles so we should have time on them.

2023 has been expensive. New tank, baby, AC repair, school, now furnace.

Cloudy because it's just scraped.

It turns out I have fish in the tank! I suspected it before but couldn't see them. Now it's confirmed, fish are present.

I would make the handle smaller and maybe increase the infill. it was hard to hold due to size and floatability, that's not the word.
