Just got this carpenter’s from a tank breakdown.

My carpenter is super shy and stays in its little hiding spot 95% of the time. I would never be able to get a photo.

Looking to add 2-4 additional wrasses to my 150g (5x2x2). Currently have a Timor and Leopard wrasse that get along great. I like the idea of maybe adding a pair of wrasses. Any recommendations for some that will get along with the current two?

Pencil wrasse. Beautiful and easy to care for. A few more Leopards, Radiant wrasse and Flasher wrasse. Leopard and Radiant can be keep as harem.

Added 3 of 4 new wrasses to the 5 foot today!
One being a new Naokoae Fairy Wrasse, and the other two were my Yellow Fin Flashers. All 3 went in with the obvious hierarchal aggression but as the lights are dimming for the night, there’s less and less each time.

Some very interesting news some of you may have seen, but the first ever successful larval rearing of the Macropharyngodon genus was just completed a few months ago in June. Specifically the Short nose Wrasse, or Potter's Wrasse.

We could be one step closer to getting captive bred leopards!!

You can’t call yourself Macropharyngodon and not put the scientific name! It’s M geoffoyri
