Just got this guy from divers den on Friday. He's been in the acclimation box since and seems incredibly aggressive, so much so that I'm hesitant to release him. I've read they can be somewhat aggressive, but this seems over the top as he trys his hardest to attack any wrasse that swims by. Currently I have three other fairy wrasse in the tank, a C. Brunneus, C. Lunatus and a C. Isosceles. All three get along fine and are for the most part very peaceful with one another, something I'd hate to disrupt, but such is the game you play with fairy wrasse. Tank is a 100g, very lightly stocked, 3 wrasse 1 mandarin and a helfrichi, besides the sailfin. What would you do?
Fwiw, I have an red sea 8 line and rhomboid coming next week from POTO. Maybe I should wait and release all three at once to better my chances?
