Hi all, I purchased a trigger systems sump that has a Theiling rollermat integrated into it new from BRS about four years ago. I just recently got my tank set up and running and noticed that the rollermat motor often fails to roll up used fleece. If I manually nudge it it will start to take up old fleece. I called BRS and asked if I could purchase a new motor. They said they don’t carry any. I asked if they could point me to a source that does carry them in the states and the rep said she could not. I’m reaching out to the community for help. Does anyone know if there is an upgraded motor for this unit that I could purchase? Or even the same motor as maybe I got a lemon? Thanks in advance!
