...... to get a bigger tank lol. I put all this effort into modding Red Sea max 250 Tank which was brand new, and before I put a drop of water I was wanting a bigger tank. So I found this . RSM S-500 LED Brand new everything in original packaging. Just drove 16 hours round trip to pick it up. 250 is for sale by the way. Northern Ca

Ahh good ol clickbait ;)
Great looking tank, cant wait to see it wet! :)

Reefertosis... yeah that’s it. My living room as of the moment and not even a drop of water in a tank yet. It’s def gotta be reefertosis cause I’m now thinking about keeping the 250 and putting it in another room. My living room at the moment .....

This is becoming a growing plague and is overcome by adding more fish and corals, and rather than fragging them, adding more tanks.
There is no cure as it is regarded as therapeutic rather than a condition and is the best disease in the world !!

Yeah it’s gonna take a while. Maybe I’ll have a sandwich and soda and it will be done by then. lol

Its not that bad of a wait. I had a neighbor get into saltwater and I told him how long he should wait. I checked on him yesterday.

Input someone please on Sump...... left side gonna run refugium.. water hits socks first then refugium, then the filter pads, activated carbon, filter pad again, bio-lux media and then return pump. Skimmer gets its water from the return pump. Does this sound right? Is my order ok? Normally other systems would hit skimmer right after sock. For some reason Red Sea thought it was better to use return pump manifold for skimmer water input...... AND THEN the return water from skimmer goes back into sock,,,,?!?!???

What type of skimmer do you have? Skimmers aren’t usually fed water from the return pump
U can see hose coming down from return pump manifold. I have another skimmer eshopps come skimmer. But I wanted to give the c-skim a try. It has mixed reviews.

Excellent choice, I have the same tank in white. Congrats! BTW, Reefertosis is not curable.
