That would be great with a barb fitting on the end to hook up for sump cleaning.

Playing around with designing bed covers for Mike's hobby. I like Tinkercad but wish I could get something a bit more sophisticated and bot so clunky. What is my next option that's no cost.

I would also suggest Fusion 360 as an alternative it is very feature rich and free for hobbyist use plus if you decide to sell prints the upgrade to the lower tier paid version is less drastic than many of the alternatives. The other CAD package that has a lot of hobbyist users is FreeCAD. I tried it and it just did not fit well with the way I think, but then again neither did TinkerCAD. I couldn't design anything useful in TinkerCAD but I do kinda okay in Fusion 360.

Checkout SketchUp too. I'm a Fusion360 fan boy.

Bets being taken on when it finally leaves PA.
Note that I could have gone with "it's like the human centipede of shipping" but didn't. Because I'm highbrow like that.

So lost the Barney and princess peach I got at the swap in Feb. Overnight. Also a small colony of unk sps I have had for almost a year I think and whatever it is/was seems to be spreading to a monte nearby. Pulled the skeletons and keeping an eye on things. Maybe something came in on the cuc? Or they all just got mad. Meh.

The SPS I tried in my 330.7 all died even a monticap. I had skipped WCs for a couple of months and an ICP (got a free one) revealed some toxic stuff (arsenic was one I remember) along with a lot of low trace elements. Rather than freak out I just started doing 10% WCs every week. I added a monti cap a few weeks ago and it's growing so I'm continuing the scheduled changes.
I know your on the shine but new to it so maybe the tank is experiencing some ups and downs of some things that upset the SPS when the other coral are able to handle it?

Usps just plain sucks these days. I had a package from premium aquatics that took 11 day to get from Indiana to Ohio, it just kept ping ponging back and forth. I doubt they were even unloading the package. I had one that had three departure scans from the same depot with no arrival scans. How does that happen :thinking-face:

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had a ReefCleaners order sitting 5 minutes away from my office at a regional facility. It arrived around 8am. They scan and prepare everything to go out around 6am, I understand, so it was impossible for them to open the trailer and get the package, despite my calls and explanation that there were live animals. The CUC had to spend an extra day on a trailer. Nope, wasn't allowed to go there to pick it up.

I have been reefing for a lot longer than I remember. What I do not know is if our systems hold different bacteria than other reefers. If we have bacteria the new comers have little to no exposure too. Sometimes it looks like they are self acclimating to our systems. So what if it's the other way around? What if our new subjects have bacteria our system hasn't delt with?

I can't say what the CUC brought in. But you never know. Infections can happen fast and spread like wild fire.

There was also someone who said "corals that don't like your system perish within a year" I just don't recall who it was or the exact saying. But, it seems to fit with a lot of how I reefed. The moment you add new live stock, who knows what corals are producing.

I sometimes wonder if coral look at each other, like we view smokers.

"someone kick that guy out. He smokes too much!"

Don't mine me. I am just a bag of wind :(

Indianapolis hub for usps is a disaster.

@ShakeyGizzard had his USPS Priority package from CoralVue lost in transit for 21 days. He just got it today I believe.

Only things not hooked up yet are the heater with inkbird and the sicce sdc return. I think I am going to keep the return hooked up to Alexa. I like the voice control ability. Esp since I tend to miss place my phone. If I need to shut of the return I just tell her to do it. The heater I will set up this afternoon. Then it's some cord management and we are done. Following @JoJosReef to see how he hooks up the new Minnow to feed his tank and then that will be my next step. Or maybe the Sole or regular single doser not sure which will be the best option.

Doing some catch up here and I have to say… you need your power management to be a bit more of a fire hazard, this looks entirely too safe and organized.
