My question is.....if I dose this 2x a week (Thursday and Monday) can I dose an additional bacteria source, say Microbacter7, daily as well or wait until the initial course of Rebiotic is done.

I would imagine that it would be safe. Purple Sulfur Bacteria, Carbon Dosing for bacteria, and MB7 all are bacteria dosing but each bacteria is inhabiting a different part of the tank from my understanding and have different purposes typically which means they shouldn't compete with each other.

With that said, even if they're competing with each other, they're also competing against the Cyano.

More biodiversity in the fight against Cyano means more chance of winning the war, not just the battle?

Ill start the mb7 then tomorrow. Skimmer will stay on just no cup so I don't run the risk of depleting the o2. Gonna watch the ph as well.

Pulled out some weeds that were taking up too much real estate. Redid a bit of the scape (finally). Seemed to have ticked off just about everything in all 3 tanks moving bits around. if i like it tomorrow when i wake up it stays.

Dang, sounds like you are bacterially armed for war! Wishing you speedy progress!

I would second what Tim said, that is a diverse lot of products that should all occupy a different niche but will all deplete o2, as you mention. Just dont go too crazy and you should be fine.

So I don't know why I am so proud of myself for this but I thought it was genius. All my racks and magnetic stuff was all sticking together in the shoebox they lived in under the tank.

Cabinet cleaned and organized.
Reset LED lights to no reds, no greens, no whites. Set up T5s front and rear to run 12-4. Another attempts ant reducing cyano and gaining moar growth.
