Hi, tonight I noticed many nearly too small to even see, white creatures. They were swimming in the tank, but also crawling on the glass. I can't get a photo of them. I haven't added anything new in about 2 weeks , so I am unable to identify what they may have come in with. Ideas, anyone?

probably pods, good for your tank, but impossible to tell without a picture. What makes me think pods, is swimming in water and on glass. Very good that you have pods in your tank!!!

Thanks! I keep trying to get a photo, but my camera won't focus on them.

Thanks for all that! I am excited that they are good for my tank.

Okay call me dumb but how do you produce these pods? Do they just evolve after your tank is establish for so long or do you have to buy them to put in your tank?

They come in on live rock and sand as well as purchased corals.

you can also buy some kinds online and sometimes they sell them at your LFS.
I had mysis shrimp appear in my tank, still not sure if it was rock hitchiker or Natural seawater(scripps peir) or from feeding frozen mysis.

Mine must have arrived with some of the new corals. I haven't added new live rock or sand since 2010.
