I recently put in a toadstool into my tank that has perfect parameters. I broadcast fed the tank with Zooplankton it closed up pretty quickly and I haven’t seen it open much since…. Is this normal?

Most all soft corals close when fed. They in essence hug their food and draw it in

Could be. On the stalk or the top of it. Sometimes if they flake on the stalk it is a sign of an issue. Lots of times this is too much direct flow.

This is the look at top and side. Just particulate from water and flow?? Or too little flow?
