torch id?

anyone know the name of this torch?

Is this white or bluer lighting? It looks pretty browned out compared to the green tips, if it came from a high phosphate system it may get some color over the next few weeks.

Could be the lighting torches look brown under white light hit it with blue and it should glow :) hard to Id with that lighting.
