So I had this torch head bailout on me for the past 2 months. I left it alone thinking it will fall off by itself, but It’s just hanging by the flesh and looks normal in the daytime. Any suggestions on how to split this out?

If by split you mean split the closed head from the healthy one then you could use a dremel and just cut the branch of the head off.
