Triton method for Lps

What can I expect to see using this method in a 20 gallon tank

i have a 57 mixed reef fish all lps softies brains meat corals zoas had a little algae problem was dosing 2 much tried to compensate for the days i missed but everything is all good now i use the other methods only bcuz i have no refugium i use marine pure block reef octopus skimmer brs dual reactor thats all nitrates r low as well as phosphates
