Two lighting questions...

2. I see some dimming of certain LEDs - I was thinking of replacing all the bulbs - is it worth it?

It looks like an amazon or ebay black box. Not sure the specific name. And the dim lights are most likely UV channels, which will appear dim, but they're fine.

The touch pad is identical to an EverGrow fixture. Spectrum should be fine.
