Two tanks one app (Noopsyche)

I've got two k7 v3 pros over my tank currently, both set up on wifi. My brother has a k7 mini that he's not using and I have a succulent I was given that I have no light for. I figured I'd borrow that for a bit until I could find something else. The problem is, I can't seem to get it to connect to wifi while my pros are connected. Am I missing something here? Or is this just a known thing that I haven't heard of yet? I have no issue setting it to ap mode, I just don't want that to mess with my tank lights settings as I already had issues in the past trying to get them to sync up as master/slave.

I have six K7s pros and quit trying wifi. It was too hit or miss for me so I just connect via AP.
